Migrate from Pointstreak
Pointstreak has shut down — there's no export, no login, no data to retrieve. Here's how rinks rebuild their leagues in an afternoon anyway.
This is the migration we see most. Because Pointstreak went offline entirely, the move isn't a data transfer — it's a fast rebuild of your current season. The AI setup assistant does the tedious part: give it your leagues, divisions, teams, and roster names in plain English (or paste an old spreadsheet) and it constructs everything, including a round-robin schedule. Your historical Pointstreak stats can't be recovered from the platform, so treat this season as a fresh start and keep whatever archives you have as records.
Step by step
- 1
Gather what survived
Old spreadsheets, emailed schedules, screenshots of standings, printed game sheets — anything that lists your leagues, divisions, teams, and rosters. You don't need it in any particular format.
- 2
Create your rink
Sign up, name your rink, and claim your public URL at /r/your-rink. This becomes the new home for every schedule, standing, and box score.
- 3
Let the AI rebuild the structure
Open the setup assistant and describe your operation: "Adult league with East and West divisions, 12 teams total, plus a 6-team over-40 league..." Paste roster lists if you have them. It creates leagues, divisions, teams, and rosters.
- 4
Generate the schedule
Tell the assistant your game nights and timeslots and it produces a full round-robin schedule. Adjust individual games afterward if needed — holidays, ice conflicts, doubleheaders.
- 5
Connect your teams
Each team gets a join code. Captains enter it in the free Hockey Line app (iOS/Android) and every player gets the schedule, live scores, standings, and stats on their phone.
- 6
Score your first game night
Use live scoring at the rink — goals, assists, penalties, shots. Standings, player stats, and public box scores update automatically. That's the whole system running.
Typical time for the full migration: one afternoon.

Frequently asked questions
Can I import my historical data from Pointstreak?
No — Pointstreak has fully shut down and its export tools went offline with it. If you kept spreadsheets or printed records, keep them as archives; your current season starts fresh on Hockey Line Leagues, and the AI assistant makes the rebuild fast.
How long does the migration take?
Most rinks finish in an afternoon: an hour to gather what you have, minutes for the AI assistant to build leagues and schedules, and the rest is reviewing and sending join codes to captains.
What happens to my league's stat history?
Platform-recorded Pointstreak history is unrecoverable. Many leagues post a "records" note or spreadsheet link for legacy stats and start clean — after one season, your Hockey Line pages hold a full live history going forward.
Is there help if I don't want to rebuild it myself?
Yes — annual League Management plans include concierge setup, where our team rebuilds your first season with you: leagues, teams, schedule, and public pages.
